I just was looking at some profiles for them, and they are SO young!
2 of them are 16, 1 is 18, and 2 are 19! SO TALENTED!

Remember this, no one is born with talent. No matter what you think, no one is just good at things straight away. If you want to be good at something dedicate yourself to it, evaluate yourself and find out how you can improve, get tips from others who are good, take tutorials or get a teacher. Remember, if you want to be good than practice lots.

P.S If people are young and very good at something then that means they have practiced it lots, in other words, they are very dedicated to what they do. Also there is a lot more to music than you probably think example : With guitar you might be able to play an awesome solo but someone can ask you, "What notes are in Cmaj9?" The person most likely won't know straight off their head, because that takes a huge amount of practice to memorize that stuff, but they should be able to work it out.
